inchoate curtesy 初始鳏夫产；亡妻遗产享有权 类似于「亡夫遗产享有权」〔inchoate dower〕，指妻子存活时，丈夫对其妻在婚姻期间因继承而取得的土地所享有的一种将来的权利，如丈夫后于其妻死亡，则亡妻的土地将由丈夫享有终身地产权〔life estate〕。
